01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the dtb222 platform — including the website at dtb222.app, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any game, betting market, or account feature offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and dtb222 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dtb222 platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on dtb222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dtb222 strictly prohibits the registration or participation of any person under the age of 18. We employ age-verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not permitted.
• You are not excluded from gambling services by any self-exclusion arrangement, court order, or applicable restriction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a dtb222 employee in a role that involves access to non-public operational information.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active dtb222 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. dtb222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account matching the name on your dtb222 account)

Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period following a request may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is concluded to dtb222's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dtb222 login credentials. You must notify dtb222 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. dtb222 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dtb222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dtb222, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own daily transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your dtb222 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dtb222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems or network outages.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds. Depositing from a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your dtb222 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to bKash or Nagad to be processed within 5–15 minutes. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience extended processing times or temporary holds pending document review.
• dtb222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity before processing.
• Funds derived from promotional bonuses remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

dtb222 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the promotional balance of your account and are kept separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is expressly described as recurring. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts is considered a prohibited act under Section 7 of these Terms.
• dtb222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect any wagering already in progress at the time of the change.
• Bonuses that remain unclaimed or that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.
• dtb222 may, at its absolute discretion, withhold or void a bonus if there is evidence that it was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in combination with a prohibited betting strategy.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the dtb222 platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, video slots, and fishing arcade titles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dtb222 does not permit the cancellation of a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a manifest system error or an event cancellation as described below.
• In the event that a sporting fixture is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed, dtb222 reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes to the Member's account balance. The specific rules for each sport (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures) are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules supplement available within the platform.
• dtb222 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement on any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• All casino games, including live dealer titles provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and video slots provided by Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pragmatic Play, operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical outcomes at a professionally operated live studio. Game outcomes are not influenced by dtb222.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, any unsettled round will be resolved based on the server-side game state recorded at the time of disconnection. dtb222 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues outside its control.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are strictly prohibited on the dtb222 platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, and dtb222 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus abuse or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with dtb222.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the dtb222 platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or disrupts normal platform operation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms or game mechanics.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud. dtb222 actively monitors accounts for suspicious financial activity and cooperates with applicable authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or manifest pricing errors in betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through a third-party payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering. Any associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your dtb222 account on your behalf.

08 Responsible Gaming

dtb222's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

dtb222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member against dtb222.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• A request from the Member to self-exclude or close the account voluntarily.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not related to a breach by the Member, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification being complete.

Members who wish to close their dtb222 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are typically processed within one business day.

13 Amendments to These Terms

dtb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Members via a platform notification or email to the registered address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the dtb222 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. dtb222 and the Member agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
